These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meta Conversions API app for Commerce7 ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App integrates your Commerce7 winery account with the Meta Conversions API. It receives Commerce7 webhook events and forwards them as server-side conversion events to your Meta Business Suite pixel. The App operates within your Commerce7 admin as a native app.
You must have an active Commerce7 account and a valid Meta Business Suite account with a configured Conversions API access token to use the App. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the winery business installing the App.
Access to the App requires an active subscription managed entirely through Commerce7's native billing system. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are displayed in the Commerce7 App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. All billing disputes should be directed to Commerce7 support.
Access to the App is suspended if your subscription lapses, becomes past due beyond Commerce7's grace period, or is cancelled.
You appoint us as a data processor acting on your instructions when the App processes customer personal data to forward conversion events to Meta. You remain the data controller and are responsible for the lawful basis under which you process and share customer data with Meta.

The App, including its source code, design, and documentation, is our proprietary property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion events will be accepted by Meta's API at all times. Meta API availability and behavior is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost ad attribution, or increased advertising costs, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of Meta's terms or applicable law; (c) the customer data you submit to the App; or (d) your winery's marketing or advertising practices.
Either party may terminate the service relationship by cancelling the subscription through Commerce7. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms or Meta's policies. Upon termination, all your data stored by the App (credentials, event logs, browser signals) will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
